Can board comparison do layer to layer without complaining different layer count?

Hi ZofZPCB,
Can board comparison do layer to layer comparison? So, the two boards don't need to have same layer count.
Say PCB1- copper 2 compare to PCB2-copper 3.
Now, it shows it is not possible to compare boards with different layer count.
