The flattening stage is passing, but the program reports an error in the later stage but continues.
"Netlist is also wrong!" means that the internally created netlist cannot be correct as the layers are corrupted.

I have fixed a couple of triangulation issues in v3.1.

I am still working on the triangulation error. Or, more exactly, on the fade effect error. Too long to write; please just enjoy the simplified image of the situation.

hot fix 3.1.3 solves this problem for all files I have received.
